Check the terminal instead of guessing
The terminal shown on a ticket can change. Recheck the flight status and booking confirmation shortly before travel, and provide the full flight number when booking the transfer. The binding meeting point is the location in the partner’s instructions, not a generic exit.
Entering Terminal 1 or Terminal 2 correctly
Select the terminal used by your flight. For departures, the relevant point is the check-in entrance; for arrivals, it is the route from baggage reclaim and customs to the confirmed meeting point. If the terminal changes, follow current airport information and contact the booking support team.
Picking up a group
For families and groups, include every passenger, child seat and bag. This allows both the correct terminal and a suitable saloon, minivan or minibus to be planned.
If the driver is not immediately visible
Remain at the confirmed meeting point, check your messages and use the contact details in the booking. Moving to another terminal without coordination can make the pickup harder.
