A hotel name is not an address
Large hotel chains run several properties in Berlin with almost identical names, sometimes in different parts of the city. What counts for a transfer is the full address from your hotel confirmation, not the brand name. Add, if you know, whether the building has its own driveway or whether the entrance is on a side street: either detail saves last-minute searching.
Arriving before check-in
If you land in the morning you often reach the hotel hours before check-in time. Most properties will take luggage in advance so your day does not start with suitcases. For the transfer that still means the hotel is the destination, not your first sightseeing stop. For a late arrival after midnight, check your hotel documents to see whether reception is staffed around the clock.
