Website role
AirportTaxi.Berlin is an independent information and referral portal. An external booking partner handles booking, price calculation and transport; AirportTaxi.Berlin does not operate rides.
Website delivery and security
Requests transmit data including IP address, time, requested address, HTTP status, browser and operating system information to the hosting service. These data enable website delivery and security, based on the legitimate interest in reliable operation (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). Logs should be deleted once no longer needed for this purpose; security incidents may require purpose-limited retention.
Cookies and the cookie notice
This website sets no cookies of its own and keeps no database. There is no login, no enquiry form and no visitor tracking of its own. When you close the cookie notice, this is remembered in your browser’s local storage (key atb_notice) for 180 days so that the notice is not shown again. This entry contains no personal data and is strictly necessary to respect your choice (Section 25(2) TDDDG).
External booking form
Pages with a booking option load the external booking form of the booking partner named in the legal notice on page visit, delivered through its affiliate network. IP address, browser data, page address and affiliate identifiers may be sent to the booking partner and its affiliate network. These providers may use cookies or similar identifiers to provide the form and attribute referred bookings, and may process data outside the EEA. The form is the core function of this referral portal (Article 6(1)(f) GDPR). This website cannot control partner cookies after the form has loaded; you can block or delete third-party cookies in your browser settings, which may affect the form.
Maps (Google Maps)
Route pages show a map with the driving route from BER Airport. The map is loaded from Google Maps, provided by Google Ireland Limited, Gordon House, Barrow Street, Dublin 4, Ireland, when you open the page; for technical reasons loading is deferred until the map comes close to the visible area. Your IP address, browser data and the page you are on are transmitted to Google; Google may set cookies or similar identifiers and may process data outside the EEA. The basis is our legitimate interest in showing the route clearly (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR). You can prevent the embed by blocking third-party content or JavaScript in your browser; the rest of the page remains usable. For details of Google’s processing see the Google privacy policy.
Price and commission
The external booking partner calculates the total for the route, date, vehicle and booking. The website operator may receive commission on referred bookings.
Booking partner and affiliate network
Company details, registered office and links to the terms and privacy information of the booking partner and of the affiliate network are listed in the legal notice. Travel, contact and payment details entered in the form are processed by the booking partner to handle your booking. Contact the booking partner directly about data already held there.
Contact by email or telephone
If you contact us by email or telephone, we process the contact details and the content of your message to handle the request. This relies on pre-contractual steps or performance of a contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR), or our legitimate interest in answering other enquiries (point (f)). The website has no enquiry form and does not store enquiries. Please do not send payment details or unnecessary sensitive information.
Recipients, international processing and retention
Hosting and communication providers receive data where necessary for operation and handling requests. The operator is in Thailand; the booking partner and its affiliate network may process data outside the EEA. International transfers are subject to Articles 44 et seq. GDPR. Ask the controller or booking partner for information about the applicable transfer grounds and safeguards. Enquiries are retained only as needed for handling, legal obligations or legal claims.
Your rights
Subject to the GDPR, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction and portability. You may object to processing based on legitimate interests for reasons relating to your situation. Consent can be withdrawn for the future. You may complain to a supervisory authority, particularly where you habitually reside, work or believe an infringement occurred.
Local files and updates
