Meeting your driver at BER Airport

Find the driver and pickup location stated in your booking confirmation after landing at BER.

From the plane to your driver

Three practical steps for a pre-booked pickup.

Collect your luggage and reach the arrivals level

After landing, follow the signs to baggage reclaim. In both Terminal 1 and Terminal 2, it is on level E0. Continue through customs into the public arrivals area.

Go to the confirmed meeting point

Check your booking confirmation before walking on. If a personal welcome is expressly included, your driver may wait in the public arrivals area with a name sign. If your confirmation names a different pickup zone, follow that instruction instead.

Walk to the vehicle together

The vehicle may be parked somewhere other than the greeting point. Follow your driver or the directions in your confirmation. If you arrive at Terminal 2, your pickup route may lead via Terminal 1; Terminal 2 has no separate vehicle forecourt.

If you cannot find the driver

Stay at the agreed meeting point. Check your confirmation for the booking partner’s phone number, message option or support details and contact them there. Do not move to a different exit or vehicle area until the meeting point is clear.

Terminal 1 or Terminal 2?

The terminals are connected on foot via the E0 arrivals level. Check your arrival terminal and the specific pickup directions in your travel documents.
