Family transfer tailored to your journey
The enquiry form collects the details needed to select a suitable vehicle and provide a clear, non-binding quote.
Included in your request
- Door-to-door route planning
- Passenger and luggage capacity check
- Pickup date and time confirmation
- Optional flight number and child-seat request
Child seats belong in the booking
German rules require children under twelve who are shorter than 150 centimetres to be secured in a suitable restraint. Commercial journeys are subject to different provisions depending on the type of vehicle, so the most reliable answer for your specific ride comes from the booking partner. State the age, approximate height and number of children in your request so that suitable seats can be planned and confirmed.
Pushchair, travel cot and changing bag
Families rarely travel light. A pushchair or buggy, travel cot, the car seat from the plane and a bag with everything needed en route all take space on top of the suitcases. Count these items in your luggage figure, otherwise the vehicle class will be calculated too tightly. After a long flight with tired children, a direct ride to your accommodation is usually calmer than changing trains with luggage.

Selecting an infant carrier, child seat or booster
Select the seat explicitly during booking and provide the child’s age and approximate size. Available extras may include an infant carrier, a child seat for toddlers and a booster for older children. A note alone does not replace selecting the extra. Children count in the passenger total, and a seat you bring yourself must also be included with the luggage.
Before payment, check that the seat, vehicle class and luggage allowance are confirmed for your BER transfer.
