Twelve travellers need a small bus
For twelve people a small bus is the usual solution. The German term Großraumtaxi is misleading at this group size: what is needed goes well beyond a nine-seater. Such vehicles normally have a separate luggage area or a removable last row, so cases for the whole group can come along. Every person needs their own seat with a belt; carrying passengers on additional places is not permitted. The number of travellers therefore has to be exact.
Boarding and meeting points for large groups
Twelve people do not gather unnoticed in an arrivals hall. Agree in advance where the group will meet and name a contact person. Also expect loading and unloading luggage to take longer at this group size than for a family. That time should be built into the schedule for any onward appointments.
