Ten people exceed the van limit
Ten travellers no longer fit in a standard nine-seat vehicle, and a large taxi in the usual sense will not cover it either. In practice that means either a small bus with the corresponding licence, or two vehicles setting off together. Both are possible, but they differ in availability and lead time: last-minute bookings for this group size are confirmed less often than for four people.
Ask early
For ten travellers it pays not to leave the request until the last day. Have the flight number, arrival time, exact destination address and luggage amount ready; the more complete the details, the more reliable the offer. If child seats are needed, give the number and ages of the children at the same time, as those places have to be planned in.
