Check availability with the airline and BER
Evening check-in is not offered by every airline, flight or travel date. Check the current conditions with the airline and airport. The flight number, departure time, terminal, eligible travellers and bag-drop hours are decisive.
The travel-day transfer still matters
Even without checked baggage, allow time for the road journey, entering the terminal, security and walking to the gate. Work backwards from the airport’s recommended arrival time and add a traffic buffer.
Choose the vehicle for passengers and remaining bags
State every traveller, including children, plus cabin bags, pushchairs or sports equipment. Evening check-in does not automatically change the vehicle size you need.
Recheck changes
Review the flight status and terminal on the day of travel. If anything changes, use the contacts in the transfer booking before changing the pickup arrangements yourself.
