How much does a private transfer to or from BER cost?

The booking form shows the total for your selected ride before you complete it. “From €59” is a starting price for selected one-way partner rides, not a Berlin taxi fare. Child seats, larger vehicles or extra waiting can cost more.

Where will I meet my driver at BER Airport?

Your booking confirmation gives the agreed meeting point. Driver details follow after assignment, and the app can show the driver’s position shortly before pickup. A personal greeting with a name sign can depend on the booked service and meeting point. Follow your specific instructions rather than assuming one terminal exit.

What if my flight is delayed?

Enter the correct flight number. Reported delays are monitored and pickup time is adjusted accordingly. Airport pickup includes 60 minutes of complimentary waiting from the confirmed pickup time, as adjusted if needed. An early arrival does not automatically bring pickup forward.

Can I cancel my booking?

Under the booking partner’s current terms, cancelling at least 24 hours before pickup gives a choice of a coupon for 100% of the transfer value or an 80% refund. No compensation is offered for cancellation within 24 hours. Check the terms of your particular booking before paying.

Can I book a baby or child seat?

Yes. Select the correct seat in the booking flow; a comment alone does not book a seat. Options include an infant carrier (0–6 months), child seat (6 months–3 years) and booster (3–12 years). A seat may cost extra, and children count as passengers.
